  Fitness Question: Need to get back in shape and find a good work out routine. Bored with running and gyms. My schedule is crazy because I work nights, have a toddler, and I'm back in school. Need something quick, fun, and effective. Thought about Kick Boxing, CrossFit, and Pure Barre. Also, thought T25 would be cool because I could do it before Jackson gets up. Overwhelmed with all the options out there. Thoughts, Ideas, Suggestions?

  Pretty much biased because we own a crossfit box, but crossfit is the way to go. I've done lots of other things and if you really want to get tone, stronger, and over all healthier it's worth it. Check out our website www.crossfittriforce.com to see our workouts. Everything is functional and modifiable. Check out a box near you. Not all are alike so find one that has good coaches and varied workouts. I'm here for questions otherwise- Pilates is good, but you won't be able to climb a rope, scale a wall, run faster ect. Yoga is good for flexibility and some tone. Many others are routine and your body stops gaining benefit. Wish you lived closer to our area!
