  My boys see Dr. Jessie Shields at University Pediatrics (304-691-1300). She's a mother of four who breastfed her own children and whose youngest is a little younger than Nate. She's great with my boys whether they're well or sick, always friendly and cheerful, and I like the way she talks to me like I'm informed and intelligent. She's not in the office every day, so for a sick visit you might see someone else in the practice

  I use Bradley Akers through Marshal Peds at Cabell (304)691-1300. He has surpassed expectation when it came to our doctor. He has always validated our parenting decisions has gone out of his way to learn about our daughters disability. Also his son (first child) is only months older than Sydnee (15 mo) so he was able to give us information as he was experiencing it.
