  Can anyone recommend an active energetic realtor in NJ? We are looking to purchase a summer home (house not condo) in Margate/Ventnor. I've dealt with 2 realtors that disappear for weeks on end-which makes ZERO sense when you ave an active buyer! I was the one sending THEM listings. Are they just too busy for actual business? Just shouldn't be! Any referrals would be enormously appreciated. TIA!

  If Yan Korol is in PA only, then call Ashore RE, ask for Linda (owner), she has been on the islands for 30 years, she will find you a home right away www.shorehomes.com. They are the best in AC, Brgantine, Vetnor, etc
