I usually book hotels through Southernpretentiousjerk.com but this time I'm cutting back on some of the snobbery. Jeez, I hope at least there's a minibar and goosedown pillows.   The Hampton Inn, believe it or not, is very nice. We also love the Gastonian Inn.
