  Alright my friends. It's imperative now that we find an electrician. We can't mess with this issue our whole house is now having. Does anyone have a good recommendation for a licensed and bonded electrician that won't charge a mortgage payment for an inspection and possible repair for this? It's becoming borderline emergency at this point. And I'm not being dramatic. Now it sounds like there's "snapping" or "popping" coming from the back of the house where the electrical box is. We have got to get this checked. All other issues in life can just take a hike at this point. (That might have been a little dramatic, but I've had ENOUGH!)
