About us
Woodmont Day Camp is a camp where each child will feel the warmth and comfort of home. Your child will experience a dynamic program in an environment fostering growth and independence.
Our breath-taking waterfall welcomes you to our 50 acres of beautiful woodlands, streams, trails and open space. Woodmont offers campers an unforgettable camp experience in a country setting unrivaled in its natural surroundings. We are ideally located ΒΌ of a mile from exit 11 on the Palisades Interstate Parkway, just 25 minutes from Manhattan, 20 minutes from Westchester and 15 minutes from Northern New Jersey.
The guiding principle of our program is to give each child the opportunity to enjoy a full range of activities designed for fun, participation and skill development. Each of our core program areas: Swim, Athletics, Creative Arts and Performing Arts has a set of goals that are consistent with our mission. Choice and Club are an elective program that allows first through eighth graders to choose one to two special activities each day. Our program reflects the changing needs of children and offers new challenges as they progress through the divisions.
