  Hyman S. wrote: Destroyed my property. I hired this company to correct flooding and drainage problems, related to my pavers in the pool area and back yard . My home was up for sale and I wanted to correct problems and improve the appearance in order to get the best possible price, repair all of the drainage problems, sell my home in good faith, and in the best possible condition. The owner of this company, Mr.Cory Hanlon, lied to me and deceived me about his abilities and what he was going to do, in order to get the job, and my money! The drainage and flooding problems were not improved at all . He promised me that he would create a drain in the backyard area and never created the drain. He assured me that he would regrade the pavers in the backyard area and never regraded the pavers, so I am still getting the same flooding. He applied a polymeric sand, called polysand, that destroyed all of my pavers in my driveway area and my pool area. I hired and paid them to apply a high gloss sealant, and that was never applied, even though they were paid to do so..As it turns out, they are not licensed to do anything in the State of Florida! All of the work done, was unlicensed, and done under fraudulent circumstances. Cory Hanlon lied to me, saying he was licensed, in order to get the job, when he was not licensed at all! He turned my beautiful home into an eyesore. This is the most dishonest and incompetent company that I have ever dealt with in my life!..I was lied to, and defrauded, about this company's experience, expertise, and license, when I interviewed the owner Mr. Cory Hanlon, and was subsequently defrauded out of $8875 and suffered several thousand dollars in property damages, as a direct result of their incompetence, negligence, fraud, and unlicensed activities .. A lawsuit is presently being filed in Palm Beach County, and they have rightfully received an "F" rating at the Better Business Bureau as a result of incompetence, negligence, fraud and unlicensed activities... I am sorry that I ever trusted or believed Mr. Cory Hanlon, and hired this company to do any work on my property..Caveat Emptor! This company has no license to do any work whatsoever in the state of Florida.. They have been sanctioned, and fined by Palm Beach County for their unlicensed activities. RATED F by the Better Business Bureau After doing a complete, unbiased, and independent investigation of Exotic Environments, Landscaping, LLC, owned, operated, and managed by, Cory B. Hanlon, and Amy M. Hanlon, aka, Amy Raaen: the Better Business Bureau reached the following conclusion: "This Business is not BBB Accredited Exotic Environments Landscaping, LLC (561) 818-8054PO Box 31992, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33420-1992 On a scale of A+ to F: F rating"
