I'm looking for a physiotherapist that can help me do some postural realignment and design an exercise program (like a personal trainer would do, but who can help me work out a few rehab-style issues as well).   When I had an issue last year, I saw Reece at Mend Physio, and Carol at Alignment Rescue (both recommended above). The combo of both was amazing - Reece had me back on my feet, and Carol taught me how to align so I wouldn't injure myself again.
