  We recently used Amanda at Little Seeds Photography (http://littleseedsphotography.net/) and loved the results. An interesting thing we learned, is that most Newborn photo shoots (especially the Anne Geddes type professional stuff) happen in the first two weeks of a baby's life, when they're still sleeping the vast majority of their day. All those horror / tragi-comic photo shoots you see happen when people wait too long ... and end up trying to get nice calm, sleeping baby photos with a kid that wants to wriggle and scream and work out what's happening in the world around them.
