  New Celiac Diagnosis for customer this week and her internist told her just to cut back on gluten! Needless to say, she was referred to us by a friend and is in here getting a safe meal and is asking for a referral to a good GI in the area..Columbia, Baltimore, wherever, as long as they are good. I told her that you guys always come thru with the best referrals! Please post your recommendations.
