Jeff helped himself to materials that were previously purchased by myself and then expected to be reimbursed. When I inquired about that, he said since I only rent the house, I don't need to worry about how much he charges my landlord. This went on for about a week. Was billed for 'fixing' the problem, which was never fixed, and for my own matieral. LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE WOULD BE BETTER!
