  Looking for a finish carpenter with experience in historical restorations Hey guys, I'm having a hard time finding anyone who can restore an original staircase in a townhouse built around 1900. The staircase is beautiful but the newel post is loose along with most of the spindles (some are missing) I really want to restore it to its former beauty, any suggestions on finish carpenters?
