I've done the Yelp circuit already and was able to find an awesome OB-GYN and a so-so dentist through the reviews, but there are far fewer listings for internists or PCPs there - probably because fewer people of Yelping age visit them. Everyone tells me that it's a nightmare finding a good doctor in NYC, and I'm just not sure where to begin. The only non-negotiable is that he/she accepts Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance. Female practitioners preferred but not required. I just want someone I can check in with about my various maladies as they arise and who can refer me to specialists for the more involved stuff.   Eric Lutsky. I often see his Nurse Practitioner, Irene Park, who is also great. Lutsky is amazing -- patient, kind, thorough, and gives great specialist recs. If you're more comfortable with women, Irene Park in his office is the same. Best doctor's office I've had and have been with them for years.
