  Has anyone had a co-ownership situation? Looking at entering one with this amazing OTTB. How did you handle disagreement between vet treatment? How did you handle transferring ownership if one party wanted out, did they sell their share? Any advice or input is appreciated! No negative comments please. It's not about not being able to afford the horse. It's just 2 parties interested in the same horse.

  Go to www.equinelegalsolutions.com for legal advice and forms for both co owners, all of the lawyers are women and horse owners. I have downloaded trainer forms and lease forms from them. It's better to have it all on paper before you enter into the arrangement! You can get all the information you need and they are wonderful on the phone.
