  A friend of mine is looking for a doctor or health care provider that practices holistic medicine, who understands and knows how to treat thyroid disorders, auto-immune disease, and adrenal fatigue, possibly an endocrinologist, a doctor of functional medicine, or a naturopath. My friend suffers from thyroid disease, has been ineffectively treated with synthetic hormone replacement medicine for many years, and needs someone who will treat their problems more holistically, but who also understands the full range of labs that need to be monitored, and will prescribe the natural forms of thyroid hormones. Anybody got any recommendations?
