  Ok with a 10+ yr old house things are gonna start breaking so I'm asking now...who do I call if we have prob with our furnace? United wants $160 maintenance fee 4x's a year! But they are still gonna charge an arm & leg for parts!! So I need to start looking for a cheaper route now!!!!
