They ended up tying down large pieces of furniture and plants on back of truck. Owner sent second truck with outside packing from overnight stay in Prescott to destination. Good attitudes for most part from staff just very poor planning.

I also appreciated that they loaned me boxes and packing papers saving me money along with the great price for moving. I will definitely use them again for all my moving needs.
