  My 3 doulas is great, I know a couple of them from the birth center where I had my daughter. They work in most hospitals around Sacramento and have tons of experience! I know a couple others who are just starting out and would be free/cheap! When are you due? Whoever you find, I HIGHLY recommend a doula, they are awesome!
