  Call Scott at 503-805-6494. He buys large quantities of carpet that the DIY stores can't buy for one reason or another. Pad is included and he charges a set amount for stairs. My buyer saved tons of $$$ when she had 2-3 bids done on the home and she was so happy with her choice. $40/foot carpet for $20 due to a small color issue during production. Yay her.
