  My dr. sent me to Dr Chu...he is at Illinois Neurological Institute..I have only seen him once but he seemed to be ok..he talked with me alot and explained things to me..his number is:815-387-1717..I was just old by my Primary today that I need to follow up with Dr. Chu since I had CTscans done...
