Two days later the same problem now they finally open the unit and check. It needs a part and I need to pay another service fee because according to them its not part of the initial call. Seriously, maybe if they actually looked at the unit the first time they would have found the problem. Don't waste your time. The name ABC should let you know they are no good. Just a name to place higher in the phone listings. Run fast.
