  Dr Rouse seems very good and nice. He saw my mom in excelsior and I just saw him on Monday. I liked him. That same group has an office in The Liberty Clinic but I'm not sure what dermatologist goes there. 816-524-4747 is their phone number. You can pick what office you prefer.
