  Morning!! Just need a bit of advice from my friends! My right leg has been really bothering me. The pain starts at my hip, shoots down my leg, sort of concentrating at the knee, and then travels down to my foot, leaving my foot completely numb! I did go to a chiropractor for a few weeks, but the relief was just temporary. It's time for me to get serious and do something about this, but I'm not looking forward to an endless battery of unnecessary tests and other nonsense that I have experienced in the past!   I did not read the additional posts here, but we work with this often. It can be as simple as 1-2 sessions or a couple months of follow up support. We look at physical and nutritional stressors to heal efficiently. Right leg pain/sciatica can be related to many issues. Muscle dysfunction, muscle and nerve wasting, chronic stress, neck issues, core dysfunction and/or an imbalance in the diet. We look at each area among others to ensure optimal, lasting outcomes.
