The only option I've seen so far is Portland Nursery, but that's both expensive and comes with strings attached by way of buying plants.   We used a great landscaper to totally change the entire street side of our yard. Sarah Furber is amazing, and now I do the upkeep. 503.750.8402 or Sarah@thrivepdx.com or thrivepdx.com She gave us a map of our yard with instructions for the care of each plant. If you want on-going care she can do that too or recommend some one who can.
