We would like to keep it under $3000 for a week somewhere with beautiful beaches and maybe some opportunity for adventure (zip lining, hiking, etc.). An all-inclusive, adults-only resort would be preferrable but I just keep ending up at Sandals and that's out of our budget. Any suggestions?

We're trying to find somewhere warm, safe from the hurricane, not too far flying out from MD and adults all inclusive.
