Troy C. wrote: this is the worse company to deal with, 2 weeks without a furnace and counting. they told me they are escalating and will let me know something this week. I cannot stress enough to not use this company save your time, money and stress. Supervisors don't take calls only the front line people. The people that review the work order cant talk with you and it takes 24-36 hours for an answer well it has been 72 for me and they are hopeful to have an answer this week. Please go and read the numerous reviews on line they are not good and it is consistent messages. Rhonda T. replied:I have HMS home warranty. You pay them a monthly fee- when something goes wrong it's normally $100.00 deductible. If they can't fix the problem then they will replace the furnace, or whatever. www.hmsnational.com is the website. They've helped me many times
