  I'm really, really miserable right now. I've got a massive toothache, worse I've ever had. The entire side of my face is throbbing. Been going on for a few days now, actually several years, but never this bad and always seemed to become tolerable fairly quickly. Ironically I had a dentist appointment before I left for my trip to Allentown. They cancelled the day before because of flooding. Won't be able to reschedule 'til July. On three hours of sleep since Sunday. Don't really want to make an emergency stop while I'm on the road, but not looking good. Anyone have any suggestions for pain relief for a massive toothache?
