Founded in 2000, California Solar has installed some of California’s first grid-tied solar systems and some of the most unique commercial solar systems in the country.
As Nevada County’s first SunPower Elite Dealer, California Solar’s installers are hand-picked for exceptionally high quality work, proven experience, and best installation practices. California Solar provides excellent design, installation and solar energy service for residential solar, off-grid solar or commercial solar energy systems.
Our staff is made up of more journeyman electricians than any other local solar company. In addition, all members of our design staff are registered with the CSLB as Home Improvement Salespersons (HIS) in the state of California. Finally, we are committed to the economic vitality of our community and believe in hiring local.
Our entire staff resides in Nevada County. You might even see them at the grocery store, little league game or out mountain biking on the trails every weekend.
