I had never been a client, he did not know me..though I was referred to him my my HVAC person who was in recovery from an accident. Great business and high integrity.

We called to make an appointment and they were able to accommodate us the same morning at 9:30. We ended up needing a new thermostat, they happen to have one in the truck and ended up installing it within an hour. Before leaving they explained how to set as needed to our needs. We highly recommend Rick’s, Thank you DJ and crew A+++!
