We called to make an appointment and they were able to accommodate us the same morning at 9:30. We ended up needing a new thermostat, they happen to have one in the truck and ended up installing it within an hour. Before leaving they explained how to set as needed to our needs. We highly recommend Rick’s, Thank you DJ and crew A+++!
