Over the years the sun and rain have done damage to the flooring and steps. So periodically there is a need for repair. This time the repairs were centered on the floor that was rotting underneath the three porch posts that support the roof at the steps. As the posts sank they were pulling away from the roof. So this was not a simple job. Scott of Hazely Builders was able to support the roof so that the porch posts could be repaired, the joists and floor underneath replaced, and a section of flooring was replaced. During this time the steps had to be moved to a temporary area of the porch so that new steps could be built. Take a look at 201 West Miner Street if this sounds like the work you are preparing to do. A cheap price is not always a good deal in the long run. Hazley is a top-notch company that will work with you to get your job done right. They bent over backwards to make sure that the work here was done right, my tenants could get in and out of the building at all times, and they did it with a smile. Give Chris Hazely a call.
