We ended up getting one room and a hallway for $105. They never told us about the additional costs of the micro ban treatment and would not substitute the stairs (8, btw) for the other room. They only applied a chemical and told us the process was to let that chemical dry and then we had to vacuum once it dried. Well we have pets and the reason we asked to get it cleaned was because one of them had an accident. Unfortunately, after the cleaning it still smelled like pet urine. I mean and the smell was worse like the treatment spread the smell even more. Completely unsatisfied with the service. The technician was nice but I had to remind him to remove stains. It was just not a good cleaning and a waste of money. YOU ARE WARNED NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY.
