  Pamela R. wrote: Ordered a cake for my mother's 60th birthday. I was sent a picture by the designer and was given a cheap looking knock off version of what I was promised. I showed the pictures and everyone that saw it agreed that it was very poor work. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the response was to offer $10 off my next order. When you pay good money for something, it should be what was promised. Unfortunately, I was taken advantage of by this company and they have no desire to make it right.
