  Susan R. wrote: Chris was hired by our 2-10 Home Warranty company to replace the outside condensing unit. He did so without filing for a permit and he also did not check to make sure the 2 units (heat pump and air handler) were compatible. We have had nothing but issues with the system since we purchased the house and come to find out no one would work on it because the permit hasn't been issued. He then applied for the permit and the inspector came out and failed it due to the non match of the systems. Chris would no longer return our calls and still has not corrected this issue after 10 months. We still have no permit for this installation and no answers for the problems with the system. I would not recommend him to anyone.
