I am selling this home and during the inspection the end of 9/16, found the shingles were defective and did not adhere properly to the roof and had shifted and the granules were coming off the shingles. Huge THANK YOU to Rico Fuentes and J & L Exteriors, he replaced the roof right away, was very friendly and professional, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend J & L Exteriors when you need to replace your roof. They also do metal roofs. Linda Skoog
