  Hey Realtor buddies....any recommendations for an inspector that specializes in OLD houses? This is a big 2 story brick duplex built in 1919 in Old Town that we need a really good inspector for. Also, any contractor recommendations for this style of home as well?

  I've been. Using Larry Owen for10 yrs. He's even done a church and school home converts for me. He's not the cheapest. But my opinion the best. 970-532-0888
