  I have been seeing Dr Arnecilla for many years. I'm not sure if she's accepting new trans patients or not. If she is though, you'll need a referral from a therapist to be considered. [Central Family Practice](http://centralfamilypractice.com/) has a couple of Drs who I believe provide treatment on informed consent basis (I'm not 100% sure). But they unfortunately do not accept insurance, although I think they'll help you to file a claim. edit: this was asked previously and there are [a lot more suggestions](https://www.reddit.com/r/Austin/comments/2 amr46/looking_for_a_trans_friendly_physician_in_austin/)
