His problem is his undependibility and his tendency to overcharge and exaggerate hours. When you know the extent of work to be done and can get a quote with a signed contract, it works. However, with most roofs, they have small leaks and need repairs and the extent of damage is often impossible to judge. Pat will find and fix the problem very well, but not in a timely manner and exaggerating and falsifying hours and work spent. If you have an unlimited budget with a difficult roof- he's your man. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
