He said he was stuck in traffic . I said I would home for awhile and was flexible on waiting . He was adamant about another day . We made another appointment for next day and he completely blows us off , no calls nothing . I left him messages And never returned my call . That is very unprofessional and childish. His trust and integrity are gone with me. I don't what his deal is but he needs to grow up. Don't waste your time and find a reliable company you can trust to be there. This isn't his first bad review . Please search the web. Business practices like this won't keep you Busy like for long

  Beth C. wrote: Initially Tony was a professional business man. The initial work in refinishing and installing new floors were great. His men were courteous and efficient.The worK looked great till a problem arose. Tony did not respond to the first several calls and when he did respond he made the diagnosis of the problem without looking at it. and has not made any attemt to respond to the issue. The floors are a mess
