  ANYONE KNOW A GOOD ATTORNEY YOU CAN RECOMMEND? As many of you know we have a neighbor, David Falzone, who was fraudulently claiming ownership of our lakefront property (along with the lakefront of several of my neighbors). It took about 6 years and several thousands of dollars to obtain a summary judgment to overturn the court order that Mr. Falzone obtained by deception. It is now finalized and I am looking for a good attorney to sue Mr. Falzone for attorney fees and damages since our property ownership was in dispute for all this time preventing us any property transactions.
