  My daughter had the best ENT ever....Dr Kirk Clark...his main office is in Arlington Heights, but we saw him in the Hoffman Estates office....I have BCBS as well, not thru medicaid but it's definitely worth a call to find out. We loved him and his entire staff! 847.259.2530.

  Kirk Clark..ent at NWCH...when I had what I thought were neck issues he was the one who figured out it was thyroid-he did my thyroid surgery- recommended by my parents who both worked at the hospital for years..Suburban Ent..847-259-2530
