  We love ours but it's in Arlington Heights, Smiles for Kids. http://www.ahsmilesforkids.com/ They were super good with Olivia and very gentle. Plus they had a TV in the ceiling to help distract. But they were very good about describing what they were going to do and were aware of Olivia and adjusted their pace to her mood.
