  Do you know Jim Indiveri? He's an orthodontist in Blue Springs. http://www.indiveriortho.com/ Brick was a patient when Dr. Indiveri was still in dental school at UMKC. I have no idea what he charges, but he's the nicest guy in the world. And Italian. :)

  Dr. Indiviri, hands down, is the best. Especially for kids, he has TV's with X-Box's mounted to the ceiling so they can play while being worked on. It is a drive but the shopping and food in the area makes it worth the trip, and he does do check ups and minor things in his office here in town. http://www.indiveriortho.com/
