I am a young and enthusiastic Personal Trainer with a keen sense to learn and share my knowledge with others.

I am a bubbly character, understanding, approachable and easy to talk to. I have a strong background in fitness, when I was younger I used to box and also play a lot of rugby. From there I have grown and my passion for fitness has expanded and relish a good challenge.
