If you are visiting us for the first time we hope you will enjoy
your time with us. If you are a returning client, then it's nice to
see you again.
H's Place Hair Skin Beauty first opened in 2004 and since then has only ever strives to provide the best possible standard of personal service at
all times, and to only ever use the finest quality products available.
We are Melton's most sought after and award winning salon for Hair and Beauty services.
Our salon vision is to provide the highest quality in customer service, products, treatments and equipment to ensure the comfort, safety and maximum benefits from our treatments & services for every single person who walks through our door.
Our team are all advanced trained and highly skilled in their area of expertise so you can be rest assured you are receiving the best service/treatment from one of the best in the industry.
SMS
We always try to offer our clients the very best service and in keeping
with this we send a SMS reminder to your mobile phone a few days prior to your appointment. You simply then text back yes or no to keep or cancel your appointment. If cancelling, we will give you a
follow up call to assist you in rescheduling your appointment
You can even keep the message on your phone to remind you when
your appointment is. This is a hugely popular service and our clients
have told us how nice it is to get a quick little reminder just a few days before their appointment.
Cancellations
We require 24 hours notice to cancel all appointments otherwise a late
cancellation fee of 50% may be charged of the original service booked.
When you book an appointment at H's Place Hair Studio, unlike
other salons, we set that time and therapist aside just for you.
We often turn away other clients that are desperate for an
appointment because we are fully booked. If you cancel with late
notice, it inconveniences the many other clients that are on our waiting list.
Quiet Please!
We love kids, but what we love more is the... show more many, many clients that
enjoy the quiet time that their hair or beauty appointment gives them.
For this reason we ask parents/minders of children to please refrain them from running around the salon, but to have them sit quietly on the couch.
Sadly any stock breakages incurred will be added to your account.
We look forward to servicing you.
