  Varuzh V. wrote: I called for truck break down service… I was 10 miles away from him Mobile Unit arrived about an hour later he called me and gave me a diagnose for 15 minutes and charged me $660.00 dollars. I asked him if this was normal and that if he was serious that his charging me $660 for 15 minutes of diagnose and he cursed at me and threaten that “IF YOU DON’T PAY THE FUCKING BILL I WILL TOW THE TRUCK AWAY, SINCE IT’S IN MY POSSESSION” I ended up paying the bill so they can release the truck, I ended up towing it to a different location. He basically looked at it for $660.00, it was a Husband and Wife team with no customer service and was very rude.

  Simran G. wrote: They have the worst customer service I have ever seen from a roadside service company. They couldn't fix my truck and instead made it worse. They left the bolts on my turbo open and zip tied it, which left the turbo leaking. Then they charged me for a part they did not even install in my truck and just left it in my cab. They charged me 1600.00 dollars for absolutely nothing. I had to get my truck towed to I-State truck center. They even made a report that showed all the errors done by Rest Easy. When I called to see if they could help me credit some of my bill, they told me to "be quite" and informed me that they could not do anything and hung up the phone.
