Reliable repair shop to mail to? (Solder work) I use to know a good online site who you would mail your device to and they do water damage and IC chips/Solder work but I can't remember the website name. I've been out of the repair business for a little while so limited on my resources.
My iPhone 7 has a -1 baseband issue and before I decided to tear it down and reheat the baseband chip, I wanted to price check and see if anyone knows of a good source to mail to.
I don't trust the local shops where I'm located.

I found the company I was searching for. Pretty fake company. Have used them years ago. Not sure of their reputation now but worth a shot. [this company](http://mendonipadrehab.com)
iPhone 5 screen + battery replaced. Now no backlight. Diy repair? Mail in? I've been through my son's iPhone 5 several times. I've replaced the volume switches, power connector assembly, battery, screen with new home button/speaker, etc.
This last go around I replaced the screen assembly with the "loaded" version from ifixit. Everything was fine until I unplugged it. Now the backlight doesn't work. I can tilt the device until I catch it in the right light then I can sorta see the display.
Any recommendations on where I could send it for backlight repair? Or, a list of what tools I need to solder on the board? I've never soldered anything that small but I'm willing to learn.
Thanks fellas!

Thanks for all the shoutouts guys :) I'm Mark with iPad Rehab and if you've already tried powering the phone down by holding the home and power buttons together for about 10 seconds and the backlight still isn't lighting, we'd be glad to take a look at it. All pricing is on the website. There are only a few components involved in the backlight circuit so these are usually pretty straightforward jobs. www.mendonipadrehab.com
