  Mike B. wrote: Leslie Gunter is a con artist and pathological liar. If you are considering doing business with her professionally or personally do you homework. There are multiple default judgements in place against her for scamming over $500,000 in cash from multiple individuals and companies in the last two years alone. I am one of the victims. Complaints have been filed with NC Builders Association, Greensboro Builders Association and Consumer Protection Agency. Efforts are also being made to have her held criminally responsible for the fraud she has committed to obtain these funds. Do not give her a dime. Worst experience with a professional I have ever encountered. She has taken advantage of innocent people. Beware!
