FAQ's
Q. How do I order?
A. All orders are taken though Facebook messaging (preferred method) or by email at sayitinvinyl@shaw.ca, this is so that I am able to refer back to our correspondence when making them. We will discuss all details here, the colour, design, ect. I will give you an approximate completion date and once the items are fully completed, I will send photos of them so that you can make sure they are exactly how you want them. We will then arrange for a time to meet up.
Q. Do you take deposits?
A. I do not take any deposits up front, for this reason I ask that you do not order unless you are certain you want them, I put a lot of time and effort into each product.
Q. Where do I pick them up?
A. I can meet you in one of three locations, South East Edmonton (17st and Whitemud Area) South Edmonton Common, or Sherwood Park.
Q. When should I order?
A. To this question I say the sooner the better. I work on a first come first serve basis, I cannot predict future work flow but as I have a lot of requests for summer weddings i do book up quickly and may not be able to accommodate last minute requests.
Q. Do I have to pick them up by a certain date?
A. Pick up is to be arranged within a week of completion, If you are out of town please let me know this upon ordering and I will arrange to have them completed to coincide with your next trip into Edmonton.
Q. Do you Ship?
A. There are very few products I will ship due to shipping costs and damaged items. Please contact me for more information on this.
Q. How do I pay?
A. Payment must be made with either cash or e-transfer
Q. Is the Glassware dishwasher safe?
A. All glasses should be washed by hand
