  can someone recommend a good HVAC person. We just moved back home to MA - and our electric bill has been $300 a month with NO AC running (friends with bigger houses and more stuff running have bills half that)- we have oil heat and shut lights off- etc...and now I hear rates are going up 35%.. very scared of winter bills.... I was told the ductless mini splits would help us, plus wanted to have the furnace looked at... also looking for good reasonable electrician.. thanks
