  Denise E. wrote: Worst property manager in the country. My recommendation is to RUN as far from them as you can. Mellisa Baugher of Troop Real Estate & Call The Baughers is all about lies and deception and she will do it with a straight face. Unprofessional and calculated. If your a property owner you will have a law suit on your hands due to the schemes and tactics. I'm happy to say I filed a law suit against the home owners that Melissa Baugher managed a property for. It cost the home owners renovations in the thousands & travel expenses going to court from out of state. If you want a reputable property manager to manage your property you go anywhere else.
